Q: How do I sell my items to you?
A: You can sell us your items in four simple steps:

Q: What types of products do you buy and sell?
A: We buy a wide range of model railway and diecast items, including locomotives, rolling stock, vehicles, buildings and scenery, and can make offers on most items in all scales, including OO, N, O, HO, and more!
As well as UK outline, we offer on a wide range of items including Continental, American and Japanese models. We also offer on vintage items such as Hornby Dublo and Trix.
Q: How many items do you add to stock each day?
A: We update our stock every day from Monday to Friday. With over 250 items added to stock every day, it's always worth checking for rare models or bargains.
Q: How are your prices determined?
A: When valuing your items, we consider many factors such as its current market value, running quality, condition, and whether it has its original box. Our team of experts study each model and calculate the prices accordingly.
Our offers are made based on the value of the collection as a whole, rather than the sum of individual items, to ensure that we make you the best offer we can.
Q: How long does it take to receive an offer?
A: We usually try to reply to all customers within 48 hours of receiving a list. For larger collections, this can take longer, but we endeavour to provide regular updates.
Q: How do I get my items to you?
A: For customers within the UK, we offer a free service via our fully insured courier service, Collect+, to get your items to us.
We can also arrange for a courier to collect directly from you for suitably large collections.
For customers outside the UK, we can provide a courier service for large collections, depending on the location and value of the collection.
Q: Do you purchase damaged/non-running models?
A: Yes we do!
We are sometimes able to perform simple repairs to locomotives, however we still offer on damaged ones and non-runners, as a lot of modellers relish the challenge of repairing these items, or can use them for parts or as a static model on their layout.
If you have damaged items to sell, please describe the damage in detail as this helps us to accurately value them for you.
Q: Do you buy pre-owned from outside the UK?
A: Yes we do! In the last year we have purchased collections from Europe, the USA, Thailand, Australia and more!
