Hornby R1039 "Flying Scotsman" complete trainset

The LNER Class A1 4-6-2 locomotive and classic teak coaches in this set depict the Flying Scotsman as it ran non-stop from London to Edinburgh in the summer seasons of the 1930's. The prototype locomotive had a corridor link through the tender to the coaches to allow crews to switch over without stopping the train. The set contains LNER A3 class 4/6/2 and tender loco "Flying Scotsman" with 2 LNER composite coaches and 2 LNER brakend coaches. The starter oval plus extension track packs A and B providing a layout with two sidings. Pluse Wall plug transformer,R965 train controller,power clip and trakmat.
