Hornby R1024 Queen of Scots complete trainset

The Queen of Scots, complete with Pullman Coaches, commenced a regular service in May 1928 and operated between London - Kings Cross and Glasgow, a distance of 450.8 miles. On the outbreak of the Second World War the service was postponed but was eventually reinstated in 1948.

This splendid train set which recreates those heady days of luxury travel, features the streamlined Class A4 locomotive, 'Golden Plover' and three Pullman coaches (two parlour cars, one brake coach), complete with stylish interiors.
