Typically GWR, the 14XX was designed by C.B. Collett and entered service in 1933 for light branch duties. Almost all of the class were fitted for push-pull operation and were quite often seen coupled to Autocoaches, Fitted with a Type 7 motor, this model with its separately fitted blackened handrails and precision decorated body is a must for all GWR based layouts
